AAPD presented Senator Christopher Dodd (CT) with
a 2003 Justice for All Award at its ADA anniversary celebration event
on July 23 in Washington, DC. Jim Dickson, AAPD's Vice President for
Government Affairs, who leads the Disability Vote Project, made the
presentation. Justice for All Awards were presented to six extraordinary
champions of the political and economic empowerment for people with

Senator Dodd received this honor in recognition of his tremendous advocacy on behalf of this countrys people with disabilities and the critical role he played in the passage of the Help America Vote Act of 2002.
